gsmGPSgsmGPS is a Windows Mobile application that approximates your current location without a GPS. It does this by "triangulation". Since all data is in a local datafile, you do not need WiFi or GPRS or EDGE access - it works offline. All the location information is elucidated from a local database generated from OpenCellID information. All locations are saved on a local kml file that can be opened with Google Maps.
